We ship by USPS priority mail (2-5 business days). We also offer Express Mail. Please send us an email if you want to.
Return Policy
We are very proud of the quality and craftsmanship of all of our products. We want you to be both happy and 100% satisfied with any items purchased from us. If the product does not meet your expectations upon arrival, simply email us for a return authorization at orders@12moodstudio.com and mail the product within 3 days from the date you received the merchandise for a full refund. Sale items are non-refundable.
Item(s) must be unworn/unwashed and in the same condition as received. We're not responsible for lost packages or damaged items during transit caused by the shippers.
All shipping charges on returned merchandise are non-refundable. We don't accept C.O.D. If the return is due to our mistake, the initial shipping fee will be waived.
